About Rhonda Dodson

I am Rhonda. I am a 66 year old wife, mother of three boys, grandmother of two little girls and lover of life, having recently retired after a 43 year career! I was diagnosed with MS in January of 1986, at the age of 28. But I am sure I have been living with it since 6th grade. I have had all the symptoms but powered through them. When I was diagnosed, there were no DMTs and therefore I managed MS without them. I pride myself in being able to overcome symptoms naturally. My success has to do with nutrition, exercise and mindset. All three play major roles in my life. I participate daily in the MSFC group and exercise daily with Optimal Body Personal Fitness. I incorporate what I learn with all of my exercising into my daily life and practice walking everyday thanks to the progress I have made with this program. I look forward to being a part of helping others to heal!
