About Nicole Tracey

Hi there! My name is Nicole Tracey, and I was diagnosed with MS in 2013. I have since gone back to school and earned my diploma as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I have recently uprooted my family from a little burg of 600 residents in Southwestern Ontario and moved 2250 kms away to Prince Edward Island, Canada. I did this because MS does not like heat, and summers are much more temperate here, often times with cool ocean breezes. Since moving 2 years ago, I have looked for many ways to better my life with MS. OptimalBody Fitness and MSFC are my daily lifeline, and the group and its members keep my sanity in check. I am honored to be writing on this new platform and I will try to make the MSFC family proud by writing about things that promote a positive mindset and healthy lifestyle with this horrible disease. My MSFC family is a HUGE part of my life, so if I can answer anyone's questions regarding nutrition, or shed light on a particular subject just let me know if there is anything you want to know about specifically... I look forward to the rewarding challenge of keeping you engaged with interesting articles, fun facts and nutritional information. We'll get stronger and healthier together!!❤️
